Pre-Cast And Pre-Fired Shapes

Pre-Cast And Pre-Fired Shapes

We manufacture pre-cast shapes with product mix ranging from 40% to 90% alumina, designed to precisely suit the customer requirements. Our skilled mould fabricators have acquired expertise to design and fabricate complicated shaped moulds in high quality steel for tundishes for casting special steels, walking beam furnace hearth shapes for prolonged trouble free life, primary air adjusting nozzles for coke ovens, glass making pots, abrasion resistance blocks etc.

Advantages of Pre-Cast And Pre-Fired Shapes

  • Environment-friendly: Requires only 30 kgs of oil equivalent energy per tonne, compared to 160kgs for burnt shapes with shapes and bricks.
  • Superior Properties: Low cement, ultra-low cement, and no cement castables result in dense structure, low porosity, and high crushing strengths at various temperatures.
  • Economical: Proven to be more cost-effective and perform better.

Crucibles

These are refractory containers used for melting and holding molten metal. High-purity alumina crucibles are known for their high melting point, hardness, and chemical stability. They can withstand temperatures up to 1700°C and have excellent thermal shock resistance, high electrical resistivity, and strong mechanical resistance. Made from aluminum oxide, alumina offers high thermal conductivity, compressive strength, and low thermal expansion. It is ideal for furnace applications such as crucibles, tubes, and thermocouple sheaths, ensuring durable performance in industrial settings
